The author believes that “Prophetic Dialogue” has become ever more important in today’s world dilacerated and fragmented by ethnic, cultural, social and religious differences. The XVth General Chapter of the SVD, which identified a “fourfold prophetic dialogue” as an essential element of SVD identity and mission, was therefore an important step forward. It is necessary that this option be firmly based on Scripture and Revelation. The author uses the Revelation of God as Trinity to show that “prophetic dialogue” is not just a possible choice, but a necessary consequence of our faith in the One and Triune God. Using paradigmatic biblical texts such as Ex 3:7-10, Ph 2:6-8 and Lk 4:14-21, the author shows the biblical basis for prophetic dialogue, and emphasises the “passing over” that this implies, from an – often unconscious – ethnocentrism to a real dialogue where both dialogal partners change and “pass over.” Scripture texts help us see that this was always a difficult and painful process in the biblical experience, and show the necessity of a real effort in prophetic dialogue, in order to build a new and just society.
Der Verfasser glaubt, dass „prophetischer Dialog“ in der heutigen, von ethnischen, sozio-kulturellen und religiösen Unterschieden zerrissenen und gespaltenen Welt immer wichtiger wird. Das XV. SVD-Generalkapitel, das den „vierfachen prophetischen Dialog“ als ein Hauptmerkmal der SVD-Identität und -Mission bezeichnete, war deshalb ein bedeutender Schritt nach vorn. Es ist notwendig, diese Option sicher auf die Hl. Schrift und die Offenbarung zu gründen. Der Verfasser benutzt die Trinitäts-Offenbarung dazu, deutlich zu machen, dass „prophetischer Dialog“ nicht einfach nur eine mögliche Wahl ist, sondern die notwendige Konsequenz unseres Glaubens an den Dreieinen Gott. Anhand von paradigmatischen Bibelstellen wie Ex 3,7-10, Phil 2,6-8 and Lk 4,14-21 präsentiert der Autor die biblische Basis für den prophetischen Dialog und betont die darin enthaltene “Grenzüberschreitung”: von einem – oft unbewussten – Ethnozentrismus zu einem wirklichen Dialog, bei dem beide Dialogpartner sich verändern und “über sich hinausgehen”. Die Texte der Hl. Schrift helfen uns dabei zu erkennen, dass dies nach der biblischen Erfahrung immer ein schwieriger und schmerzvoller Prozess ist, und zeigen die Notwendigkeit einer wirklichen Anstrengung im pro-phetischen Dialog auf, um eine neue und gerechte Gesellschaft aufzubauen.
El autor cree que el “Diálogo Profético” llega a ser más y más importante en el mundo de hoy, desgarrado y fragmentado por diferencias étnicas, socio-culturales y religiosas. El XV Capitulo General del la SVD, que señaló el “cuatruplo diálogo profético” como característica principal de la identidad y misión de la SVD, era por esto un importante paso adelante. Será necesario fundamentar esta opción sobre la base de la Sgda. Escritura y la revelación. El autor hace uso de la revelación de la Trinidad para explicar que el “diálogo profético” no es sólo una posible opción, sino una consecuencia necesaria de nuestra fe en Dios Uno y Trino. Con ejemplos de la Biblia como Ex 3,7-10; Fil 2,6-8 y Lc 4,14-21 el autor ofrece la base bíblica para el diálogo profético y destaca el “paso de los límites” contenido en ellos: de un etnocentrismo – mayormente inconsciente – a un verdadero diálogo, donde ambos interlocutores cambian y “transcienden”. Los textos de la Sgda. Escritura ayudan a reconocer que esto es, según la experiencia bíblica, un proceso difícil y doloroso. Señalan así la necesidad de un esfuerzo real en el diálogo profético, para edificar una sociedad nueva y justa.
