Paulus ist für uns so sehr das „einsame Missionsgenie“, dass es wie ein Widerspruch in sich klingt, von ihm im Zusammenhang mit Teamarbeit zu sprechen. Aber tatsächlich finden wir bei Paulus sowohl eine Theologie der Teamarbeit im pastoralen Dienst als auch ihre praktische Anwendung in seiner Missionstätigkeit.
We are so used to thinking of Paul as a “solitary genius” that speaking of Paul and collaborative ministry appears to be a contradiction in terms. But in fact, in Paul we find both a theology and a pastoral practice of collaborative ministry. Most of the ca. 100 persons mentioned in the New Testament as involved in ministry are associated with Paul. This paper presents the subject of collaborative ministry in a general way, but with a special focus on the involvement of lay leaders, including women, in the Pauline churches.

Die meisten der etwa 100 pastoral tätigen Personen, die namentlich im Neuen Testament erwähnt werden, kommen im Zusammenhang mit Paulus vor. Dieser Artikel behandelt das Thema Teamar-beit in der Pastoral allgemein, allerdings mit besonderer Berücksichtigung der Einbeziehung von Laien, speziell auch Frauen, in den von Paulus gegründeten Kirchen.
Pablo es para nosotros un genio tan excepcional, que nos parece contradictorio hablar de él como socio de un equipo. Pero de hecho, hablando de Pablo, encontramos una teología de trabajo en equipo en el servicio pastoral, y también su aplicación práctica en su trabajo misional. La mayoría de los aproximadamente 100 nombres que se mencionan en el Nuevo Testamento con relaciones con las actividades pastorales, son colaboradores de Pablo. Este artículo trata el tema del trabajo en equipo en la pastoral en forma general, si bien incluyendo a los laicos, especialmente a las mujeres en las Iglesias fundadas por Pablo.
Nous avons tellement l’habitude de considérer Paul comme un « génie solitaire » qu’il nous paraît contradictoire de parler de lui et d’un ministère en collaboration. Pourtant, nous trouvons chez Paul à la fois une théologie et une pratique de collaboration dans le ministère. La plupart des quelque 100 personnes mentionnées dans le Nouveau Testament comme engagées dans un ministère sont associées à Paul. Cet article présente la collaboration dans le ministère de façon générale, mais en insistant spécialement sur l’engagement des leaders laïcs, y compris les femmes, dans les Églises pauliniennes.
